Chicken and Avocado Burritos

Burritos filled with juicy chicken, cool and creamy avocado, leaky icky fusible cheese, spicy condiment verde and bitter cream!


ingredients

  • 4 dish sized tortillas (corn tortillas for gluten-free), warmed
  • 1 pound au gratin chicken, sliced or cut
  • 1 massive avocado, diced
  • 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup condiment verde
  • 1/4 cup soured cream or greek yoghurt
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped

Assemble the burritos, optionally toast, and enjoy!
