INGREDIENTS
- 8 oz sauce (I used Sweet Baby Ray’s)
- 1/8 cup bourbon
- 2 lbs misshapenness
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon ground white pepper
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 3 tablespoons packed dark sugar
- 1 tablespoon smoke-cured paprika
- 6 slices raw bacon, withdraw tiny items
INSTRUCTIONS
- Light the grill and warmth to medium-high
- In a tiny bowl, mix the BBQ sauce and bourbon. Mix well.
- In a kitchen appliance, mix the kosher salt, white pepper, onion powder, paprika, garlic powder, dark sugar, smoke-cured paprika, and bacon. Pulse till fully swish.
- Put the chicken items during a bowl then rub with the bacon paste. Once well-coated, thread the chicken items onto skewers.
- Place the kebabs on the preheated grill. Cook for regarding five minutes per facet, or till nearly broiled through.
- Brush the kebabs with the bourbon sauce and cook for a further minute on both sides.
- Serve with the remaining BBQ sauce.
