Bourbon Bacon BBQ Chicken Kebabs formula

We simply got a brand new grill and that i knew the primary factor I broiled thereon had to be one thing worthy. Since this formula combines the wonderful tastes of bourbon, bacon, and bbq sauce, i assumed it match the bill.



INGREDIENTS

  • 8 oz sauce (I used Sweet Baby Ray’s)
  • 1/8 cup bourbon
  • 2 lbs misshapenness
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground white pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 3 tablespoons packed dark sugar
  • 1 tablespoon smoke-cured paprika
  • 6 slices raw bacon, withdraw tiny items

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Light the grill and warmth to medium-high
  • In a tiny bowl, mix the BBQ sauce and bourbon. Mix well.
  • In a kitchen appliance, mix the kosher salt, white pepper, onion powder, paprika, garlic powder, dark sugar, smoke-cured paprika, and bacon. Pulse till fully swish.
  • Put the chicken items during a bowl then rub with the bacon paste. Once well-coated, thread the chicken items onto skewers.
  • Place the kebabs on the preheated grill. Cook for regarding five minutes per facet, or till nearly broiled through.
  • Brush the kebabs with the bourbon sauce and cook for a further minute on both sides.
  • Serve with the remaining BBQ sauce.
