Crust
- 1 cup oatmeal
- 10 dates
- shake of cinnamon
- Peanut Butter Filling
- 1 will coconut milk, chilled nightlong
- 2 teaspoons sirup
- 1/2 teaspoon flavorer
- 1/2 cup spread
- Jelly Layer
- 1 cup jam of selection, warmed
Instructions
- Put the oats, dates and cinnamon into a kitchen appliance. method till dough forms.
- Press dough into a parchment lined 9x5 baking dish. Place within the icebox.
- Blend the coconut milk, sirup, vanilla and spread till fluffly and swish. swish spread layer over crust. Place bars within the deep freezer for half-hour.
- Once the spread layer is semi-firm, prime with warm jam. Place bars back within the deep freezer to arrange.
- Once firm, turn over half dozen bars. Bars is keep within the icebox.
