VEGAN PB&J BARS

These vegetarian PB&J bars area unit gluten-free, sweetening free, dairy-free and no-bake! created with a straightforward oat crust and flat-topped with a delicious spread filling and swish jelly, these vegetarian PB&J Bars take the beloved sandwich jazz group to subsequent level!



Crust


  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 10 dates
  • shake of cinnamon
  • Peanut Butter Filling
  • 1 will coconut milk, chilled nightlong
  • 2 teaspoons sirup
  • 1/2 teaspoon flavorer
  • 1/2 cup spread
  • Jelly Layer
  • 1 cup jam of selection, warmed

Instructions


  • Put the oats, dates and cinnamon into a kitchen appliance. method till dough forms.
  • Press dough into a parchment lined 9x5 baking dish. Place within the icebox.
  • Blend the coconut milk, sirup, vanilla and spread till fluffly and swish. swish spread layer over crust. Place bars within the deep freezer for half-hour.
  • Once the spread layer is semi-firm, prime with warm jam. Place bars back within the deep freezer to arrange.
  • Once firm, turn over half dozen bars. Bars is keep within the icebox.
