LEMON AND ROSEMARY ROAST POTATOES



Ingredients:


  • 20 baby potatoes
  • 3/4 cup butter (180g), melted
  • 1/4 cup juice
  • Salt and Black Pepper
  • 6 sprigs recent Rosemary

INSTRUCTIONS


  • Preheat the kitchen appliance to 180°C
  • Using a sharp knife, build a series of cuts into the potatoes, simply 0.5 means down and quite approximate (less than 0.5 a cm apart – see image as a guide)
  • Place the potatoes during a pot of boiling water and boil for ten minutes. Drain the water.
  • Place the potatoes during a preparation dish.
  • Mix the liquified butter and juice along. Pour over the potatoes.
  • Over the potatoes, grind salt and black pepper and sprinkle the leaves of three rosemary sprigs.
  • Place within the kitchen appliance and roast for one hour at 180°C
  • Serve with the remaining three recent rosemary sprigs on high.
